SESSIONS
Book a Light Session with us
​
We have several light sessions available: private light sessions,
2-person sessions, or group sessions.
Each session affects the individual at a cellular level. Benefits such as stress relief
and mind / body reset can be noticeable after just one session.

Light Sessions
There are 30 and 50 minute Private Light sessions available to book,
as well as 2-person and group sessions (set aside the session time
plus an additional 10 minutes.) For longer lasting benefits,
we recommend 6 weekly sessions of 50 minutes each.

Please give 24+ hours notice if you are no longer able to make your session time.
For cancellations within 24 hours of your session, you may be responsible for the full cost of the session.
